4th ANNUAL WOMEN - IN THE WOODS WEEKEND
Thank you so much for your interest in coming to Women-In The Woods. We regret to inform you that due to some unavoidable complications we had to make the decision to cancel this year’s event. It was a very hard decision to make but we feel that it was a best decision in order to maintain the integrity of the event. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
We will continue next year with the 5th Annual event scheduled on July 24-26, 2009. We will be issuing discounted reservations for next year’s event to individuals that were looking to make reservations for this year’s event. We hope that we will see you next year and hope that the cancellation does not deter you from coming out.
If your contact information (address & phone) are in our Reservation Station, we will send you a gift certificate for a discount off of the 5th Annual Women-In The Woods Weekend. If it is not, you can send that information to me and I will make sure I add you to the list for discounted reservations for our 5th Annual Event. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we will see you at next year’s event.
